Service terms

What PAGE60 provides
PAGE60 provides hosted single-page landing pages for the duration selected at checkout, together with a private management link, page analytics and any sign-up collection features supported by the chosen template.
Optional setup assistance
The £49 setup option uses PAGE60's existing templates and supported content fields. Hosting is charged separately for the term selected. We confirm availability, scope, delivery date, review arrangements, total price and applicable cancellation information in writing before payment or work begins. An enquiry is not an order. There is no per-edit charge for customers updating their own content; this does not include unlimited work by our team, lifetime hosting or custom domains.
RM Enterprises is operated by Ryan McNamee trading as RM Enterprises, 3 Bonnymuir Crescent, Bonnybridge, FK4 1GD, United Kingdom. We are not VAT-registered and do not add VAT to our prices.
Your content and links
You are responsible for the text, images, links and offers you publish. Only upload or publish material you have the right to use. Do not use PAGE60 for unlawful content, phishing, malware, impersonation, deceptive offers, harassment, rights infringement or unsolicited bulk messaging.
Private management links
Your management link is a credential. Anyone with it may be able to edit the page and view submissions, so keep it private. If you lose it, use the recovery option on the management page or contact us.
Expiry and renewal
The public page runs for the period purchased. After expiry, PAGE60 holds the page address during the displayed grace period so it can be renewed. Once that grace period ends, the address may be released for reuse. Historical records may be retained as described in the privacy information.
Payments, problems and statutory rights
The price and duration are shown before checkout. If a technical fault prevents PAGE60 from delivering the purchased service, contact hello@rmehub.uk. Nothing on this page is intended to limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Abuse and service protection
We may block, suspend or remove pages that threaten the service, other users or third parties, or that breach these terms. Reasonable technical limits may be applied to uploads, submissions and automated traffic to keep PAGE60 reliable.
